In the immediate neighborhood of the new main train station and in front of the 7 hectare unobstructable Helmut-Zilk Park, Adele with 283 residential units, a supermarket, a 7-group kindergarten and 112 underground parking spaces was developed by the company Soulier Real Estate. In this trendy urban area called Sonnwendviertel, many new apartments, an educational campus, a large park, various office buildings, hotels and numerous shops were created. Connection
